Dear Parents and Students:
As you may be aware, Governor DeWine announced that all public, private, and charter K-12 schools will be closed at the end of the school day on Monday, March 16th through Friday, April 3rd.
ALL ATHLETIC EVENTS (PRACTICES, GAMES, ETC) WILL BE CANCELLED FROM MARCH 16TH UNTIL APRIL 6TH. (Please note this could change at any moment. We will send more information if that is to be the case)
Please read below for a message from Principal Schad:
We have been preparing for this eventuality and will be sending more detailed information to you in the coming days. At this point, the following important information is provided:
- Students will not have school starting Monday, March 16th. Our faculty and staff will be using this day to make final preparations. Online instruction will begin on Tuesday, March 17th. Our campus will reopen on Monday, April 6th.
- These three weeks are not a vacation. These are considered academic days and students are responsible for all assignments, homework, etc.
- During the online period, all school-related meetings and activities (including sports games and practices) are cancelled.
- Parents, please make sure you have access to SpartanLink to monitor student grades and assignments. If you do not, please contact the school as soon as possible.
As mentioned in his address today, the efforts underway throughout the state have been instituted to slow the spread of COVID-19. Please continue to take the necessary precautions to help slow the spread of COVID-19.
